We have extended the event to four days this year and are using a four star resort--complete with spa, fitness center, tennis, swimming pools, four restaurants, two golf courses, driving range, putting greens, brand new rooms,and a four decade tradition of excellence. This was the site of the Tucson National Tournament (Dean Martin Open) and is still where many professional golfers stay when in Tucson. 

Our preliminary plans include opportunities for all of us to enjoy each others company, the spectacular scenery of the high Sonoran desert, some good food, an optional culinary tour, Arizona's newest attraction--Kartchner Caverns State Park, an historic guest ranch, and golf on both of the resorts two courses--one traditional and the other a new Tom Lehman desert course. All that and still allow free time to enjoy the resorts amenities.

Our room rate is $139/night plus tax, with the resort fee waived, and including daily breakfast. The rack rate for these rooms next September is $245 plus $25 resort fee--with no breakfast. The room rate is good for up to two days before the 15th and for two days after the 19th. We have a real deal for you this year in Tucson!

The cost of three included dinners, Kartcher Cavern tour (including coach), administration, hospitality room, door prizes, and four beverages per person should not exceed $200 per person.

Our room block this year is 35 instead of the usual 40 that we reserve. We will have to pay for each room less than 32 that we use and we have only one chance, early in March, to raise the block if we need more rooms. Therefore, we need you to make your reservations as soon as possible if you think you will be attending. You can cancel up to seven days before your arrival date with no penalty. If you cancel after that, you will be charged for one night.
